Your visit is your first step towards living the life that you want and deserve. Whether you are coming in to help manage chronic pain in your back, relief from headaches, or improve your sports performance, you have found the correct place.
During your first visit you will spend about 40 minutes at the clinic. We will take you through a functional based assessment and figure out not only what specific injury you have but we will also figure out what has caused your injury. Finding the cause for your injury means we will work towards getting you out of pain as well as fixing the cause for the pain which means you will be less likely to have this injury return.
Thoroughly filling out your new patient paperwork is one of the most important things you can do to help the doctor and staff at Elite Chiro Care.
We understand filling out paperwork is not very much fun. It is a very necessary part of your visit. This paperwork allows the doctor to identify any additional symptoms that could be complicating your condition.
Make sure you fill this paperwork out ahead of coming to your appointment or show up about 15 minutes early so you leave yourself plenty of time.
